 At architecturalFx we specialize in the design, installation and finishing of relief moldings and details, including the extensive product line of the J.P.Weaver Company. This specially formulated material allows for endless design options and creative interior applications not generally available with plaster details.
 

The period room on the left was created using a wide variety of J.P.Weaver products.

This room layout was designed by a San Francisco designer. The installation was completed by the artists at Freccia Studios in collaboration with the contractor, Mark Partridge. The project was completed exclusively by Freccia Studios utilizing a combination of glaze treatments, gilding and antiquing techniques.

We understand the process from start to finish

Installation
Careful thought to layout, including carving and shaping pieces to fit organically together, culminate in a comprehensive design solution.

Preparing the relief details
Attention to the base surface. Filling, priming and applying the finished base coats.

Glazing
Working with the designer to create the perfect glazing and color solutions.

Finishing Off
Buffing the 'antiqued' surface. Adding secondary glazes and gilt details. Completing the surfaces with protective coats of varnish.
